oh, and not to forget the Acid Reflus/Silent Reflux (LPR) which is now almost 655% better just from leaving out some foods (at least I suspect that is why it s better, plus the fact I don t eat after 7pm.
My daughter studies piano and organ, so your post struck a chord (sorry, can t help that pun) with me. From watching her, I know that it is painful to not be able to play the instrument you love as you like (and you need it for your livelihood as well! )
Before the discovery of levodopa, surgery was an option for treating PD. Studies in the past few decades have led to great improvements in surgical techniques, and surgery is again considered for people with PD for whom drug therapy is no longer sufficient.
John, just wanted to post that I m finding gradual relief from the Magtein and Theanine capsules. I m still experimenting with dosage levels but head bobbing and hand tremor are decreasing. After one brand of MP (Herbs Forever) had no effect after months of use, I persevered and ended up finding two excellent products online. I tried both for comparison and found them to be equally effective: Barlowe s Elixirs and Keter Wellness. With each, improvement was noticeable in less than a week I followed the dosage on the bottle - two capsules per day. If I don t take the MP for several days, some shaking returns.
Have you tried any magnesium supplementation yet? Also, have you eliminated all artificial sweeteners yet (and MSG, another neurotoxin.)

Pain. Many people with PD develop aching muscles and joints because of the rigidity and abnormal postures often associated with the disease. Treatment with levodopa and other dopaminergic drugs often alleviates these pains to some extent. Certain exercises may help.
